Food Science & Management
Food scientists contribute to the success of new and innovative food products. The BFH-HAFL bachelor’s degree programme combines classical food technology with business management and consumer science, and is unique in Switzerland. It enables you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the food industry.
In addition to the theoretical foundation necessary for their future professional activity, students acquire knowledge and skills through directly relevant practice.

Students specialise in one of three majors:

- Consumer Science & Marketing
They can acquire additional career-related skills in one of these minors: Management & Leadership or Teaching & Advising.
