Course summary
The Master of Science in Sports with a specialisation in high-performance sports is a practice-orientated, interdisciplinary, scientifically grounded course that is unique in Switzerland.
The course of study imparts the fundamentals of sports science methodologies, differentiated insights into the broad area of training sciences, as well as management competencies specific to top-level sport. Students learn how to integrate their awareness of sport and training science into their practice in a competent and goal-orientated manner, thus learning how to link theory and practice. The Master thesis, an independent scientific research project, is written either in the field of training science or sports management.
