Situation
This study aims at understanding the needs, the use, and the implementation of a multidomain lifestyle mHealth intervention among persons with SCI. In this feasibility study, the developed app includes all six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine that German-speaking people with SCI can use in the time after initial rehabilitation. The content regarding physical activity/respiration, nutrition, stress, sleep, relationships, and substance abuse is specifically tailored to the needs of people with SCI.
Course of action
Feasibility study using a mixed methods sequential explanatory design and a user-centred approach.
