Data governance as a discipline involves the establishment and development of value creation from data as a management task in all areas and at all levels of your company. As this is a cross-departmental activity, it also involves the development of the HR, organisational, technical and cultural prerequisites for the use of data, while at the same time ensuring that the legal and ethical framework is observed.
In this specialist course, executives will be able to comprehensively expand their skills in this field. This will be achieved by using practical examples and a consideration of the underlying concepts for the implementation of data governance in your own company.
