Organisations can only react adequately to social changes or new political conditions if they have a clearly defined strategy. Strategy development is particularly challenging for you as the head of a government institution or a non-profit organisation, because, among other things, you are competing for secure financing. In this specialist course you will learn about and apply specific instruments to support these development processes in your organisation.

- You will learn how best to make conscious and future-orientated decisions with regard to long-term goals.

- You will acquire the necessary skills to negotiate in a strategy process with the relevant stakeholders within the limits of your public or political mandate.
- You will have in-depth project management insights and be prepared to acquire the Level D IPMA Certification.
