Über die Arbeit sprechen Davide-Christelle Sanvee

Davide-Christelle Sanvee is an artist based in Geneva. Through performative and narrative actions, Sanvee activates or reproduces architectural and behavioural elements, with particular attention to the invisible presence of certain individuals, in order to awaken these spaces. The collective memory of places is the material that she shapes to draw the spectators into a live moment, an immersion, echoing their political and social realities.
Following her studies at the Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD), Sanvee obtains a Master's degree in Interior Architecture at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam.
In September 2019, she won the Swiss Performance Award with her piece “Le ich dans nicht”.
