We would like to give you an insight to the activities of the laboratory that uses technologies from the world of competitive sport to improve the rehabilitation process for individuals following an accident or illness.

Laboratory for Rehabilitation Engineering

The Institute for Rehabilitation and Performance Technology has moved from Burgdorf to Biel where it was integrated into the Institute for Human Centered Engineering HuCE. The relocation bringy the fields of rehabilitation technology, med-tech and spinal cord injury (SCI) mobility closer together. The bundling of competencies creates synergies and potential for innovative new projects.
