Our experts work at the interface between business, organisation and technology. In our projects, we work with and research new technologies such as blockchain (distributed ledger technologies), artificial intelligence, smart products and services.
Together with our corporate partners:
- we discuss how new technologies can be captured and identified. We use practical frameworks such as HypeCycle or Technologieradar and use them to develop different strategic scenarios and open up possibilities for action.
- we work to evaluate and experiment with new technologies, including developing and maintaining a portfolio of new technologies, balancing implementation effort with potential return. This includes developing structures to support and encourage continuous experimentation.
- we plan how real operational value can be achieved with new technologies, i.e. for example how experiments can be scaled up from laboratory environments to real deployment at the enterprise level for maximum impact.
