Course of action

Based on the results of a situation analysis, we would like to conduct interviews and evaluations in selected organizations. Our aim is to explore the collaboration between different grades and generations among staff, and also to determine how skilled refugees can be successfully integrated. This will also help to ensure the safety of clients and residents in the future.
