Situation

The purpose of knowledge capitalization is to generate actionable insights and strategic learning by assessing the systemic changes influenced by the Green Cashew and CPSE (Cambodia Pepper Sector Enhancement) projects. This study is designed as a learning-oriented evaluation and will serve as an internal reflection tool to strengthen the effectiveness and innovation of HEKS/EPER’s projects implementation approach. The study will cover the: i) Green Cashew Project which aims to enhance the income and climate resilience of smallholder cashew farmers in Cambodia; and ii) the Cambodia Pepper Sector Enhancement (CPSE) Project which supports smallholder pepper farmers to increase income and resilience through agroecological practices, quality improvement, and market access.
