You will be introduced to the concept of culture and learn about the cultural background of personal perceptions/behavior, intercultural communication and intercultural collaboration in organizations/businesses.

  • Analyze and reflect on cultural backgrounds, mutual perceptions, relationships and intercultural situations in a professional context.

  • Thinking in a broader cultural context.

  • Deepen own awareness and empathy for cultural differences and commonalities.

  • Use acquired knowledge and experience to strengthen intercultural competences.
