Contexte initial

Bridging knowledge on human resource management (HRM) and technology, this project aims to extend our under-standing of how artificial intelligence transforms the HRM function and affects specifically the hiring and promotion of employees considering risks for discrimination. It lays the groundwork for a future project to develop tools to mitigate or overcome these risks.
