Collaborative Robotics, digital skills and re-humanization of the workspace
Digitalization is redefining work and the skills needed from the workers. In this project, we focus on the digital skills needed on production sites to interact with machines, i.e. human machine interaction (HMI). We explore the possibil-ity to develop interfaces that offer “learning by doing” solu-tions for the worker to acquire new competencies. We inves-tigate the psychological and social aspects of adult education in work environments and the associated challenges.
After his Master degree in Robotics at EPFL, Mr. Blanc started his PhD thesis (mai 2020) in the field of collaborative robotics at the BFH of Bienne, in the TI department, under the supervision of Prof. Sarah Dégallier-Rochat.
