Flexible programming of Industrial Robots for Agile Production environments
This talk will focus on a task planner module being developed by BFH in the EU funded ACROBA project. This module enables the dynamic programming a robotic manipulator to execute an efficient sequence of tasks in order to achieve a predetermined goal, for example the automatic assembly or processing of a part. Thomas Ribeaud has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA de Lyon. Experienced in Robotics, especially with industrial robots, he has recently joined BFH as a Research Associate/Scientific Collaborator to work on the EU funded ACROBA project.
