Additional information on the supporting program

Personal charisma and confident behavior are now more critical than ever for success in competition, especially as dress codes evolve and AI becomes prevalent.

To ensure that you derive the maximum benefit from the time-limited consultation, we recommend considering specific style and image questions tailored to your needs in advance. These could include inquiries such as «What should I wear for an interview at Company XY?» or «Which colors complement me best?» and «What does 'business casual' entail, and how can I integrate it into my wardrobe?» By posing precise questions, you can optimize your gains and focus on enhancing your personal charisma.

Social Recruiting – How to use LinkedIn the right way

Why is LinkedIn such a powerful tool for getting your career started? How does my LI profile need to look like and has to be structured so that I stand out positively? And how do I manage to be actively approached by recruiters and receive job offers? I will answer you these questions - in this presentation I will give you tips and suggestions, directly from my everyday life and my experiences as a senior recruiter. I know what recruiters want to see - and how you stand out - and I'll share that with you!

Yvonne Hollatz, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Your LinkedIn profile is your digital business card. Let's work together to ensure it is professional and appealing. With our LinkedIn Check, conducted by experienced recruiters from HAYS Switzerland, we offer you a thorough review of your profile to ensure it grabs the attention of potential employers or business partners.

Tailored Application Coaching

During the application coaching sessions, you're encouraged to share your specific concerns and ask questions. Tailored to your needs, you'll receive evaluations of your application materials, advice for enhancing your resume and cover letter, or a thorough examination of your work certificates to identify and address any problematic language or content.
