AI in the public sector
Would you like to use strategic approaches to choose the right technology for your administration? Then this course is the right choice for you.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing our working world – including in public administration. But is it really the solution to all challenges?
To answer this question, it is worth taking a closer look at the actual needs and problems. AI can be a powerful tool. It is most effective when used in a targeted and responsible manner. Not every task requires complex algorithms – simpler approaches often lead to faster results.
In our course, you will learn how to design digitisation projects in a user-oriented manner and drive them forward with sound methodological knowledge. You will gain a clear overview of the possible applications of AI and recognise when its use brings real added value. At the same time, you will develop a feel for how you can make your administrative unit more efficient. This will enable you to identify opportunities at an early stage and avoid obstacles as early as the planning stage.
