Leading as a duo: opportunities, risks and effective implementation of co-leadership

Job sharing, top sharing, shared leadership – co-leadership is the trend. In our SAS, you will learn what it takes to lead as a duo.

Co-leadership can provide answers to challenges such as work-life balance, equal opportunities, diversity and the shortage of skilled workers. What does it take to make dual leadership successful? In this course, we will explore the following questions together:

  • What factors make job sharing successful?
  • What do organisations often overlook when advertising a co-leadership position?
  • What dilemmas do leaders encounter in a shared leadership role?
  • How can leaders best prepare for dual leadership?

Individuals and leadership duos are in good hands with this SAS.
