  • Stefan Raff is assistant professor at the institute for Digital Technology Management at the Business School of the Bern University of Applied Sciences, Bern, Switzerland. Prior to his current role, Stefan was an assistant professor at RWTH Aachen University, Germany (Chair of Marketing, TIME Research Area). He holds a PhD in business administration from RWTH Aachen University. His current research interests include innovation management, services marketing, and consumer behavior in digital environments. His recent works are published in academic and practitioner outlets, including Journal of Product Innovation Management, Forum Dienstleistungsmanagement and Organisationsentwicklung.
