You will learn sound methods of change management and organisational development. You will use storytelling, change campaigns and stakeholder analyses to effectively address your target groups, supported by digital tools, AI and KPI dashboards. Agile processes for remote collaboration and the practical project, which you carry out as a group, ensure direct transfer to your professional practice

The practical project is a group assignment, based on the project ideas you contribute yourselves – typically undertakings from your own organisational context. You work in groups of approximately two to four people; the groups are formed during the first week of the programme.
