Situation
The healthcare system suffers from major inefficiencies. Many patients receive medical services with little benefit (low-value care). These resources could be channeled towards better use and more health.
Course of action
Randomised field experiment on the influence of peer comparison feedback and clinical guideliens on medical decisions of primary care providers (PCPs) in the outpatient sector in Switzerland.
