Thinking and acting in times of war and crisis (BID0844)

Reactions to wars vary: some people choose to withdraw from it all, while others protest, help or become creative. But what is right? What can be done? We will conduct a transdisciplinary dialogue to explore scientifically sound courses of action. Students will gain experience in contradictory debate through organising a round-table discussion on a chosen topic.

  • Understanding opinion formation toward crisis and war

  • Empathic listening and active participation in conversation

  • Digital and media literacy

  • Conception and implementation of a roundtable
