Coaching as a leadership approach – systemic and solution-focused

How does coaching effectively complement leadership? Discover coaching as an approach and learn how to apply coaching tools effectively in your day-to-day leadership role.

Would you like to discover how systemic, solution-focused coaching works in day-to-day management and specifically enhance your leadership skills? This three-day SAS course provides space for reflection and lays a solid foundation for coaching in leadership. The course combines theory with a high proportion of practical exercises and is tailored to the real-life challenges of your daily management role. You will learn about a systemic approach and the tools of solution-focused coaching.

  • You will apply a clear structure for solution-focused coaching conversations and develop approaches for your own practice.
  • You will recognise the potential of coaching – as well as its possible limitations – in specific leadership situations.
  • You will reflect on your own patterns and challenges and develop strategies for the effective use of coaching conversations.
