The course ‘Public Management – Focus on Strategy’ is aimed at specialists, managers, consultants and project leaders from the social, health, education and public sectors, as well as staff from non-profit organisations and the service sector.
Would you like to develop your organisation in a targeted manner? Then this SAS programme is just right for you:
- You will learn to evaluate, initiate and implement forward-looking strategic processes within your organisational context.
- You will work with selected project management tools to professionally design challenging development processes.
- You will acquire sound project management knowledge.
- You will prepare specifically for the internationally recognised ‘IPMA Level D® Certification’. The certification is voluntary and not included in the course fee.
This course can be attended individually or credited towards the CAS Public Management & Development. In order for the course to be credited towards the CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
With or without ECTS credits?
To earn ECTS credits, you must meet the admission requirements for a degree programme and provide a successful proof of competence. Would you like to participate without earning ECTS credits? You are still very welcome in this SAS.
SAS – Short Advanced Studies – provide up-to-date knowledge in a compact format. Depending on their content, the courses can be recognised towards CAS, EMBA or MAS programmes. The specialist course format is now called SAS.
