Public Management – Project Management with Confidence

Would you like to drive ideas forward and implement projects with confidence? With the knowledge and methods provided by this SAS, you’ll gain confidence in your negotiating skills.

The course ‘Public Management – Project Management with Confidence’ is aimed at doers and visionaries who want to drive their organisation forward in a targeted manner. If you want to master project management and communication with confidence, this is the course for you:

  • You will acquire sound project management skills and learn to recognise typical project pitfalls. This will enable you to successfully manage even complex projects in the public and non-profit sectors.
  • You will learn to effectively manage the interaction between different roles within projects.
  • You will be provided with a comprehensive toolkit: sample forms, checklists, procedures and much more will make your future project work easier.
  • You will prepare for negotiations professionally and achieve convincing results, even with demanding counterparts.

This course can be attended individually or credited towards the CAS Public Management & Development. In order for the course to be credited towards the CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.

With or without ECTS credits?

To earn ECTS credits, you must meet the admission requirements for a degree programme and provide a successful proof of competence. Would you like to participate without earning ECTS credits? You are still very welcome in this SAS.

SAS – Short Advanced Studies – provide up-to-date knowledge in a compact format. Depending on their content, the courses can be recognised towards CAS, EMBA or MAS programmes. The specialist course format is now called SAS.
