Computer Science: Distributed Systems and IoT

With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a specialization in Distributed Systems and IoT, you’ll be at the intersection of the physical and virtual worlds, bridging the gap between hardware and software. From sensors to networks to the cloud—and back again. From measurements in nature to robots on the factory floor.

Through flexible full- or part-time study, you will learn to program and network embedded systems in a wide variety of environments and to optimize energy consumption. Upon completion, you will be familiar with common platforms and systems, their applications and limitations, as well as cyber risks and appropriate countermeasures

Smart Management of Sensor Networks in Fields and Forests. A practical project from the Distributed Systems and IoT specialization.
