The theme of the event is: “Agroecology: Dreamy buzzword or practical solution for sustainable landscapes and food systems?”

The HAFL Hugo P. Cecchini Institute contributes to the development of sustainable smallholder agricultural, forest and food systems in developing and transition countries.

Since its inception in 2020, we have organised an annual event to bring partners and contributors together to discuss current topics relating to the international development agenda.

This year, our annual event focuses on addressing the role of agroecology in the transition to sustainable landscapes and food systems.
