This symposium focuses on the issues of sustainability and implementation in the context of Advanced Practice Nursing. In relation to specific populations, a holistic view that includes a broad perspective containing cultural and environmental factors, will be discussed.

The focus will also be on sustainable implementation of APN roles and their contribution to the healthcare system. In particular, the current effects of various crises on individuals and the environment will be addressed as well as the contributions APN can and must provide.
