Become a certified ‘Green Belt’: achieve sustainable success through process optimisation, data-driven analysis and lean methodologies.
This course teaches you the core methods of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: how to analyse and optimise processes efficiently and systematically. Over five practical days, you will learn how to implement improvement projects systematically using the DMAIC cycle. You will discover how to accurately identify customer requirements and evaluate solutions based on data. Supplemented by Lean principles and facilitation techniques, the training is ideal for direct application in your day-to-day work.

With or without ECTS credits?
To earn ECTS credits, you must meet the admission requirements for a degree programme and provide a successful proof of competence. Would you like to participate without earning ECTS credits? You are still very welcome in this SAS.
