The Library of the School of Health Professions is a specialised scientific library. It is open to the public. The focus of the holdings is based on the specialist areas of the Department of Health: nutrition and dietetics, obstetrics, nursing and physiotherapy.

The Learning Centre supports a modern and realistic teaching and learning environment at the Department of Health with its e-learning, communication training and skills centre areas.

Rooftop48 at Schwarztorstrasse 48 and the cafeteria at Murtenstrasse 10 are run by HAFL.
