Human Centered Organisational Development

Learn about human centered organisational development methods and apply them directly to your practical examples in this SAS – especially in the context of DEI.

In the SAS ‘Human Centered Organisational Development’, you deal with processes and methods that you can implement directly in your organisation. You will work with practical cases from participants on topics such as health, sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion in organisations.

  • You will deal in depth with the seven basic processes of OE according to Trigon.
  • You will work with practical tools. Using group-centred OD methods and multi-perspective supervision, you will develop practical solutions for your specific cases.
  • You will strengthen your ability to professionally shape the growing demands placed on people-centred organisations.
  • You will be inspired: the practical examples and exchanges will encourage you to put your new insights into practice.
