Biography
- Joël Krapf combines profound academic expertise with many years of practical experience in shaping organizational change.
- Since 2026, he has been leading the EMBA in Human Resource Management as well as various CAS programs at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. In his research and teaching, he focuses on the interfaces of humans, organization, and transformation in the AI era
- Prior to joining the university, he was responsible for complex transformation projects, including roles as COO & Deputy CEO of an international corporate group with around 700 employees, as Head of a Business Agility consulting department with around 40 transformation experts at a global consulting firm, and as Head of Transformation & Portfolio Management at the Migros Group.
- Joël studied and earned his doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Transformation at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and holds an Executive Master in Applied Technology from ETH Zurich.
