CV

  • Benjamin Spycher has been a lecturer at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) since 2009. Since 2015, he has been Head of the postgraduate leadership programmes and, since 2020, has served as Programme Director of the Executive MBA (EMBA) in Leadership & Management. In addition, he designs and delivers customised executive education programmes for organisations and companies.

    His areas of expertise include leadership, communication, and conflict management. He teaches across a range of continuing education programmes at BFH.

    Alongside his work at BFH, he has served as a staff officer with the Swiss Armed Forces Command for Leadership and Communication Training since 2010. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a freelance journalist. He graduated from the University of Bern in 2008 with a Licentiate degree (lic. phil. hist.) in History and German Studies.
