Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through Organisational Development

Actively shaping diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in organisations – the CAS shows you how to effectively support organisations on their path to greater DEI.

Employees in organisations are becoming more diverse in terms of language, neurodiversity, age, LGBTIAQ+, etc. This can pose challenges for organisations, but it also offers numerous opportunities, such as better results and increased productivity through diversity of perspectives. Organisations that consciously invest in inclusive and fair processes and structures today create attractive and sustainable jobs in the long term.

The CAS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through Organisational Development teaches how to strategically plan DEI, integrate it into processes and deal with resistance constructively. Using the Trigon model for organisational development, we use group-centred methods and practical tools to develop solutions for specific cases and future processes.

Would you like to improve your skills in diversity, equity and inclusion, apply targeted OE methods and build a DEI network? Then this CAS is the right choice for you:

  • You will deepen your knowledge of various DEI dimensions and understand how they are interlinked/intersect.
  • You will learn to identify areas of action for the inclusive design of structures and processes in organisations and recognise options for action.
  • You will understand how to trigger positive transformation in organisations and how to deal with resistance.
  • You will know how to motivate managers and key individuals to engage with DEI issues and how to provide them with targeted support.
  • You will be inspired: the practical examples and exchanges will encourage you to implement insights or increase employee retention. And you will also become part of a network of experts.
