The SAS ‘Gender, Ethnicity and Language Diversity in Organisations’ focuses on equality in organisations: gender, sexual orientation and the inclusive treatment of ethnicity, origin and language. Are these issues important to you? Then we would be delighted to have you join the SAS.

  • You will be able to shape organisational processes in the context of gender, ethnic and linguistic diversity.
  • You will develop organisations in a sustainable and inclusive manner by deepening your applied knowledge.
  • You will have the skills to work as a manager responsible for equality, diversity, anti-racism or in a similar role.

With or without ECTS credits?

To earn ECTS credits, you must meet the admission requirements for a degree programme and provide a successful proof of competence. Would you like to participate without earning ECTS credits? You are still very welcome in this SAS.

SAS – Short Advanced Studies – provide up-to-date knowledge in a compact format. Depending on the content, the courses can be recognised towards CAS, EMBA or MAS programmes. The specialist course format is now called SAS. FAQ: SAS at BFH explained (German only).
