Swiss Center for Care@home

The Swiss Center for Care@home (SCC) is a network for Care@home models in Switzerland. Here, BFH works with lead partners to develop innovative care models.

With Care@home, patients are treated in their own four walls, thereby avoiding or shortening hospital stays and increasing the efficiency of the healthcare system.

Since 1 January 2026, the SCC has been led by Prof. Sabina Misoch.
