Strong innovation through an active and broadly supported network: at the SCC, lead partners from all over Switzerland work together on Care@home models to make them suitable for practical use. Experts from BFH as well as cantonal and national research institutions complement the network and promote practice-oriented and sustainable innovations.

Lead partners of the Swiss Center for Care@home
The SCC currently brings together a broad alliance of around 70 lead partners, including hospitals, home care organisations, general practitioners, health insurance companies, retirement and nursing homes, outpatient healthcare providers and other healthcare institutions. These lead partners have confirmed their participation and interest in the collaboration through a ‘Letter of Intent’.
The network, which also involves research and teaching experts from BFH, as well as cantonal and national research institutions, is crucial for the development and sustainable implementation of new care models. We welcome additional lead partners who wish to actively participate in the network. Healthcare professionals from all care settings are also invited to help shape the Care@home models by participating in project submissions or collaborating on work packages with their institutions.
