  • Anastasia Sapegina is a Professor of HRM and new organizational forms (Tenure Track) at the Institute New Work at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). She studied political science and public administration with a focus on management and organizational behavior at the University of Konstanz, earned her Ph.D. in Strategy and Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Antoinette Weibel, and subsequently worked there as a senior researcher and postdoctoral scholar. In 2022, she joined the Center of Human Resource Management at the University of Lucerne, led by Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach, where she served as the associate director of the Center, a senior researcher, and a lecturer until she joined BFH in February 2025.
