  • Daniel Schwarz is political scientist and co-founder of the voting advice application "smartvote" which is developed and operated by the NGO "Politools". At BFH IPST, he is mainly engaged in research and teaching related to digital democracy and participation. Besides his employment at the BFH, Daniel Schwarz is also involved in research projects at the University of Bern.
