CV

  • Christian Geiger holds a professorship in Digital Government, Innovation, and Transformation at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. Having served as Chief Digital Officer for the City of St. Gallen for many years (2017–2023), he has now transitioned from the public sector back to academia. At the Institute for Public Sector Transformation within the Department of Economics, Geiger conducts research and teaches on innovation in the public sector. His areas of focus include smart government and organizational change.
