Teaching by distance learning successfully underway

24.03.2020 Following the suspension of face-to-face teaching due to the corona pandemic, the Bern University of Applied Sciences has successfully introduced distance learning.

Distance learning for BFH students

All departments have been able to replace a large proportion of their face-to-face teaching with digital solutions. Alongside the Moodle learning platform, our staff are making increasing use of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and various other tools. Our aim at BFH is to enable as many students as possible to complete the semester.

We have drawn up a list of FAQs at www.bfh/corona to answer students’ questions about the current situation and its impact on their studies. Teaching staff can contact the University Didactics and E-Learning office. Staff can also access information about distance learning on our intranet at: Distance Learning BFH

Information events and advice sessions move online

Our information events and advice sessions for those interested in studying with us are also increasingly taking place online.

You can find information about these here: Information events: Information events
