Mentoring programme
The transition from studying to working life raises many questions. Participate in the mentoring program or share your knowledge with students and Alumni of BFH-HAFL.
Gain valuable experience, make important contacts, and benefit from the knowledge of more experienced professionals. The mentoring program is a cooperation between BFH-HAFL and the association "Alumni BFH-HAFL". The program brings together 'mentees' and experienced professionals as volunteer 'mentors.' Each mentee and mentor form a tandem that meets at relaxed intervals over the course of a year. Within this tandem, topics are exchanged that arise in connection with the transition into the professional world.
Possible topics are, for example:
- Career planning
- Compatibility of work and family
- Personal and professional development
- Networking
- Salary or other negotiations
- Exchange on specialized topics
- Help in decision-making
- Insights into the working day of the mentor
