How to find us
Getting here by public transport
Brückenstrasse is a 10-minute walk from Bern railway station.
From Bundeshaus-West, the Marzili funicular travels down to the Marzili district on the Aare. It’s about 450 metres from the valley station to Brückenstrasse.
In the evening (from 8:37 pm), bus line 30 runs between the railway station and the Marzili district (Dampfzentrale bus stop).
Getting here by car
Take motorway exit 12 Bern-Ostring and drive toward the centre (Zentrum). At Freudenbergerplatz, turn right onto Ostring. At the roundabout (‘Ostringkreisel’), take the second exit onto Thunstrasse. At Thunplatz (roundabout), take the second exit onto Jungfraustrasse; at the end of Jungfraustrasse, turn left onto Marienstrasse. Take the junction to the right to switch to Schwellenmattstrasse. Drive over the Dalmazi bridge, take the fourth exit at the roundabout onto Aarstrasse and turn right onto Brückenstrasse.
Unfortunately, no parking spaces are available for students.
