International Buffet - Oh what a night

16.10.2019 Students, lecturers and BFH staff participated in our famous International Buffet. Held once every semester, it was a night to remember.

Incoming and local students formed teams or participated individually creating amazing dishes from all over the world. There was a whole host of savory and sweet dishes like Belgium Waffels, Raclette, Sushi, Dumplings, Spring Rolls, Finnish secret (we can’t tell you what it was because it’s a secret) and many more to mention. This semester we had two winners for savory dishes, Chef Tamer for his Homus and Chefs Lyka Krystle and Beate for their Caldereta spectacular. It was a sweet success for the winners of the sweet dish award going to Chefs Nadine, Deborah and Alessandra for their Niduchueche. A huge thank you goes out to all who took part in this event especially for sharing treats from all over the world. The international office wishes you good food for the remainder of the semester.
